Nip Horizon

Nip Horizon Raid Expectations:

Attendance:

We are only successful when everyone is here, and contributing to the sum of our parts!

+ If you have to miss a raid, please let the raid leader know as early as possible.

+ During Progression, attendance should be close to 100%. If you have to miss a raid, please let the raid leader know before raid time.

+ When not on Progression content, attendance will be more flexible to allow for everyone to do what they need IRL while we wait new content.

+ Attendance will be tracked in Warcraftlogs. In-game Calendar Invites will not be done - no one used them anyway.

Performance:

We are only as strong as our weakest link. There will be times that ALL of us share in that position, so here is how I expect you to handle your performance.

+ Your performance is YOUR performance. You can offer suggestions, and support to others but you are not to provide anything but constructive feedback.

+ Everyone has room to improve. Nip Horizon expects everyone to have a continuous improvement mindset; to always be looking and trying new ways to improve their overall raid performance.

+ The Raid and Role Leaders will make themselves available to assist you with looking for tools and analysizing information to help you make informed decisions, should you ask. (The key here is to ask!)

+ If your raid performance is below expectations, the raid leader will discuss that with you personally. This should be seen as a learning opportunity and he will identify the area of the raid that he needs you you focus on.

+ If your raid performance continues to be below expectations, and the raid leader does not feel you are taking your performance improvement seriously, you will be benched for the raid. You'll get credit for attendance if you are benched, but only if you show up.

+ For extreme or long term performance challenges, you will be removed from the team. This is very rare, but it's only fair to the other members who are living up to their end of the bargain.

Required Addons/Tools:

These will be required for you to be on the team.

+ Deadly Boss Mods or Big Wigs

+ A threat meter (of any kind - in the beginning, we'll need to be careful with threat)

+ Exosus Raid Tools: A great one stop shop addon for Raid Teams

+ Warcraft Logs Account - linked to Aegis Guild.
